Jennifer Garner’s Pretend Cooking Show – Episode 64: MoCoNut Latte

#PretendCookingShow: MoCoNut Latte. ☕️ #KitchenAidAmbassador Well, folks, it’s #NationalCoffeeDay and I am your #PretendBarista, at the KitchenAid Café pop up, here to serve. 🫡 Everyone has a favorite espresso drink— a simple single shot to yummy & decadent— BUT, with the KitchenAid Semi Automatic Espresso Machine, change it up and have some fun, because everything is on the menu! The best part— this machine takes out the guesswork and leaves in the satisfaction of crafting your caffeinated treat. Perfecto! 🍫🥥🌰☕️

MoCoNut Floof Latte by ME! I made this.
Ingredients:
– 1 shot espresso
– 1/2 cup almond milk
– 1/2 cup granulated sugar
– 1/2 cup water
– 1/2 tablespoon hazelnut extract
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/3 cup cocoa powder
– Salt
– 2/3 cup coconut cream (contains guar gum), refrigerate overnight (this is key!)
– Chocolate Bar (to shave for garnish)
– Coconut flakes
.
Directions:
1. Make syrup: combine 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 1/2 cup water, cocoa powder and salt in a saucepan over low heat. Whisk constantly until thickened and the mixture begins to simmer. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and hazelnut extracts.
2. Add COLD coconut cream to the bowl of your KitchenAid® Stand Mixer and whisk for about 5 minutes, until fluffy. Add 4 tablespoons of your syrup and whisk to combine.
3. While the coconut cream mixture is whisking, pull your espresso shot with your KitchenAid® Semi Automatic Espresso Machine with Burr Grinder and steam your almond milk with the steam wand.
4. Also, while the coconut cream is whisking, toast some coconut flakes in a pan on the stove.
5. Build your drink! Dollop a few tablespoons of your coconut cream mixture in the bottom of your mug. Gently swirl your espresso and almond milk on top of the mound and top with two more tablespoons of your chocolate hazelnut coconut cloud.
6. Shave some chocolate on top and garnish with toasted coconut flakes.
7. YUM.

  1. You look so good and comfy in this short vid of your addiction to coffee lol 🙂 x I always enjoy your videos of your Pretend Cooking show. I loved this one as well. You are so cute 🙂

  2. It does sound good, but I absolutely lack the patience, the planning ahead and the self-discipline to let something rest in the fridge over night.

  3. Jen I am in my mid twenties and I look up to u in so many ways. Your outlook on life, the way you give back, your amazing career, your work towards a better life for children, and your all around drive for life. You r just an all around awesome and beautiful person inside and out.❤❤❤

  4. Hebreus 11:
