Last month, the Duchess of Sussex took the lead in With Love, Meghan, in which she welcomed different guests – including her A-list friend Mindy Kaling and, naturally, her husband Prince Harry – into her makeshift home, while offering tips on cooking, gardening and entertaining.
However, Meghan has said she had good reason for this.
Speaking at the Time100 Summit in New York, The Times quoted her as saying: “People said, ‘Why didn’t you film the show in your house?’. I said, ‘My kids are coming home for their nap.’
“Eighty people in the kitchen isn’t really the childhood memory I would love for them to have.”
Since the debut of With Love, Meghan, the former senior royal has also launched several other new ventures, most notably her lifestyle and cooking brand As Ever and her new podcast Confessions Of A Female Founder, in which she interviews different women in the business world.
With Love, Meghan is streaming now on Netflix.
