Meanwhile Markle shared her own thoughts on Instagram, sharing, “If you choose to be on social media, let’s be the example for our youth, sharing goodness and kindness and positivity. Let’s tell our children that they are enough, and that this life is worth living. And let’s ensure that no child is lost to social media. With your support, we can effect change.”
Back in 2024, the 42-year-old shared her stance on social media, saying it was very toxic while she was pregnant with both children. She revealed, “The bulk of the bullying and the abuse that I was experiencing in social media and online was when I was pregnant, with Archie and with Lili, and with a newborn with each of them,” she said. “It’s not catty, it’s cruel.”
At the same time, it was her husband that helped her cope with her negativity and it looks like together they are hoping to help others tackling the bad sides of social media with active change.
