The royal mom of three spoke of the healing power of nature, hinting at her cancer journey in 2024 before announcing she was in remission in January.

“Over the past year, nature has been my sanctuary,” she shared. “The natural world’s capacity to inspire us, to nurture us and help us heal and grow is boundless and has been understood for generations.”

Alongside the video, Middleton explained that in honor of Mental Health Awareness Week, Kensington Palace was releasing a Mother Nature series—the first of four, per the Daily Mail—that will be shared on Kensington Palace’s social media channels.

Summer, Autumn and Winter videos will be released later this year as each season arrives.

In the clip, narrated by Middleton, viewers were treated to gorgeous views from the Isle of Mull during her and Prince William’s recent trip. Scenes of flowers and wildlife and sounds of nature flooded the senses.

Later, the video showed a tender moment between the royal couple as they exchanged a loving glance with their arms around each other.

“As we confront the challenges of an increasingly complex and digital world, the importance of the connection between humanity and nature takes on even more significance,” Middleton wrote in the caption.

In the caption, the Princess of Wales described the Mother Nature series as “a reminder and reflection of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.”

She concluded, “It is a tribute to the lessons we can learn from nature, helping us to foster our own growth, strengthen our bonds with the world around us and each other.”

Royal fans praised Prince William and Middleton in the comments, with one Instagram user declaring, “Such a beautiful message and video 💚.”

Another shared, “Loved this so much. The views are just breathtaking. Is this from Scotland? This was such a beautiful spring welcome.”

Someone else pointed out, “Soothing and calming voice ❤️.”

Yet another agreed, “Stunning scenery and an important message 💚🌿.”
