Kate Jackson made a rare public appearance at a fan convention in California. In June 2025, the original Charlie’s Angels star, 76, reunited with co-stars from her 1980s TV series Scarecrow and Mrs. King for a panel at The Hollywood Show in Burbank, CA.
The fan fest featured Jackson alongside her former co-stars Bruce Boxleitner, Martha Smith, Paul Stout, and Greg Morton for a discussion about the CBS drama series that aired from 1983 to 1987.
During the segment, Jackson noted that moving from Charlie’s Angels, which she starred in from 1976 to 1979, to Scarecrow and Mrs. King a few years later was a big adjustment for her.
“On Charlie’s Angels [as Sabrina Duncan], I could do anything. I knew how to handle everything. So, I had to totally switch gears and become the one saying, ‘Huh?’” she told fans at The Hollywood Show, per Remind magazine. “That was hard. I remember distinctly how difficult it was, but once I adjusted, it was fine. At first, though, it was really tough.”
A fan photo posted to Instagram also gave a rare look at Jackson today. The actress wore a pink sweatshirt, and her hair was pulled back as she met with fans. Jackson also wore a mask that she pulled down for some photos.
Jackson was all over TV in the 1970s with main roles in Dark Shadows, The Rookies, and three seasons of Charlie’s Angels. Following Scarecrow and Mrs. King, she starred in the short-lived series Baby Boom before moving to more sporadic acting roles. Jackson’s last onscreen acting credit is listed as a 2007 episode of Criminal Minds, per IMDb.
While Jackson has stepped away from the spotlight, she still keeps in touch with her Charlie’s Angels co-star Jaclyn Smith. In 2023, Jackson appeared in an Instagram Reel that Smith posted of the wedding of her son, Gaston Richmond, to Bonnie Lane.
