As concerns the rift between King Charles and Prince Harry are getting worse, Queen Camilla is staying out of the family drama as she continues showing support for her husband.
As it’s been said the royal family has sent a clear message to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, who stepped away from their royal roles in 2020, it has also been stated that the relationship between Harry and his brother, Prince William, is also “brutal.”
Now, as reports also ramp up that the royals have “no trust” in the pair, it is believed that is what is holding King Charles back from reconciling with his younger son.
But, even though the rift is taking a toll on everyone, a new report claims that the Queen is keeping herself firmly removed from the drama.
According to People Magazine, she firmly “stays out of it.”
While the royals allegedly do want to reconnect with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, royal biographer Sally Bedell Smith told People that “the underlying issue is trust. “
“The King and William don’t trust Harry and Meghan with any kind of confidential conversation.”
In addition, the King isn’t encouraged by his inner circle to make the first move, even as Harry has made public pleas for reconciliation amid his legal appeal to restore his state-funded security in May.
However, it appears his pleas are not being heard, and that the rift may continue to deepen as a result.
