Meghan Markle wore a meaningful pair of earrings to a recent interview that had direct ties to her 2018 royal wedding to Prince Harry.

The Duchess of Sussex brought out a pair of earrings that hadn’t been seen in some time for the taping of her “Aspire with Emma Grede” podcast interview, which was released on June 17.

Meghan originally wore the earrings for her rehearsal dinner with Harry the night before their wedding on May 19, 2018—just over seven years ago.

For her June 17 appearance on entrepreneur Emma Grede’s “Aspire” podcast, Meghan Markle wore a pair of earrings with a special tie to her royal wedding to Prince Harry.

According to fashion site What Meghan Wore, the Duchess of Sussex brought out “a pair of earrings we have not seen in some time”—her Birks Snowflake Diamond Snow Angel Earrings, which retail for $10,500. Originally named the Snowstorm earrings, Meghan has “worn them a number of times since,” What Meghan Wore reported, including for a very significant royal appearance even after she and Harry stepped back from their roles as working royals in 2020—to Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee celebrating her 70 years on the throne back in June 2022.

What Meghan Wore also said that it appeared Meghan was wearing a three-piece navy linen suit from the Ralph Lauren Collection and black Aquazzura pumps that the Duchess of Sussex first wore in 2019, when she and Harry visited New Zealand House in London; she wore them again in June 2022 for a polo event, according to What Meghan Wore.

On June 18—the day after the podcast dropped—Grede shared a series of photos from the interview to her Instagram.

“Building a brand under a global spotlight isn’t for the faint of heart, and Meghan is doing it with purpose, patience, and power,” Grede captioned the photos. “We sat down for a real conversation about what it takes to start something new when the world already thinks they know your story. From choosing jam as her first product to building a company with intention, Meghan opened up in a way that’s honest, thoughtful, and completely her own.”

“This isn’t just about business,” Grede continued. “It’s about identity, ambition, and owning your voice, even when the noise gets loud.”
