Wendy is damaged by overuse of alcohol but she's not incompetent. She shouldn't be locked up like a felon. The judge appointed three lawyers as her guardians and the place where she's locked up costs a fortune. If Wendy is freed the money stops . Are the guardians friends of the judge?
If Wendy stops using any alcohol , she will improve significantly. Alcohol damages the liver and that damage could be the reason her feet are swollen. Liver damage also makes people less sharp than they were before they started drinking too much. Someone needed to file the lawsuit because it’s clear Wendy Williams doesn’t have dementia nor does she need to been in a conservatorship. Although there’s a lot of hate to Kevin for obvious reasons he’s helping her to become free but no doubt he’s in it more to help himself. But I’m glad someone is helping Wendy and the conservators aren’t allowing Wendy to speak to Kevin or anyone they don’t approve of.
No body deserved to be thrown in anyone guardianship period ! All it is just selfish greed and there money in there making the person ill , mental unstable so they could be their guardianship and it should illegal without their acknowledgment or approval!
