sabrina Carpenter and Olivia Rodrigo are putting the past behind them years after an alleged rift began between the two stars after both reportedly dated actor Joshua Bassid Sabrina is spotted supporting Olivia at her recent concert in London on Friday June 27th in photos the Espresso singer can be seen in a private suite dawning a white semi sheer dress accessorized with a pair of black glasses and a red purse and throughout the night Sabrina could be seen all smiles while watching Olivia perform her greatest hits but fans took her appearance a step further hinting that Olivia might bring out Sabrina as a future concert guest after all some users pointed out that Olivia added Espresso to her pre-con playlist which for sure puts the feud rumors to rest and leaves the opportunity for a potential pairing in the future as fans recall the rumored riff between the two stars first came to light in 2021 when Olivia released her hit breakup song Driver’s License seemingly about her split with Joshua in 2019 it was reported that shortly after their breakup Sabrina and Joshua briefly dated in 2020 with them supposedly splitting in 2021 in Olivia’s song she sings about quote that blonde girl who made her doubt their relationship and one month later Sabrina seemingly responded with her song Skin and while neither one ever confirmed their songs were about each other Olivia was asked about the few during a 2021 interview with Odyssey Music
i actually don’t know her at all i think we’ve met once or twice in passing but I’ve never had a conversation with her so I don’t think I could write a song um that was meaningful or emotional about somebody that I don’t know but I think artists should be able to write about whatever they want to write about
