The Duchess of Sussex, 43, took to Instagram Stories to post a video that coincided before the Queen’s birthday on Thursday, July 17.
In the clip, Meghan is seen unboxing a wooden basket containing three bottles of her As Ever rosé. The edited video then cuts to a shot of the bottles, surrounded by white flowers and peaches.
While the aesthetic video itself didn’t raise eyebrows, it was Meghan’s caption that set off speculation. She wrote, “Sending birthday love (both near and far) to my ladies.”
Though she didn’t mention names, the timing led many to believe the message was at least partially directed at Queen Camilla.

The subtle post comes amid ongoing tension within the royal family. Duke of Sussex Harry reportedly remains estranged from his relatives following the release of his memoir Spare, in which he referred to Camilla as “wicked” and a “villain.”
