When it comes to gift-giving, Harrold says Meghan can likely expect something personal and thoughtful from Prince Harry. “He’ll go down the route of buying her jewelry or taking her away on holiday. I’m sure it will be something extra special.”
And while things between Meghan and the rest of the royals have been complicated, Harrold doesn’t think that rules out the possibility of gifts—or at least some polite acknowledgment.
“I still think gifts do get exchanged,” he said. “Because the thing with the Royal Family is that when it comes to politeness and manners, they are top of the game, so I do think they will still honor it. That’s my feeling.”
The real question is: Will fans get a glimpse of the celebration?
“I think we’ll see something on social media,” Harrold predicted. “I’m sure we’ll see Harry do something. They’ll try to make people aware it’s her birthday, which is normal that’s what everyone likes to do because it’s nice to get birthday wishes.”
