Gwennneth Falter allegedly had a nasty nickname for Winona Ryder. She started calling her vagina Ryder after suspecting Winona was making up stories for attention in the ‘9s. What girl has it? Who has it? Who among Come on. Yeah, we all make up stories for attention. I didn’t make up shoplifting. Yeah, that was real. And maybe just for attention. And then Amy Odell also claimed that the girls their fallout happened shortly after Gwennneth split from Brad Pitt. She dated him from 1994 to 1997. And then she moved into Winona’s New York City apartment after the split, which I didn’t realize Gwenneth was ever in a position where she was like down bad to have to, you know, couch surf with Winona. Yeah. I think she just did that for camaraderie cuz remember she was like, “We’re flying coach mother.” So I feel like that and also at the time uh Ryder was dating Matt Damon and then Paltra started dating Ben Affleck. Ooh. Oh, Matt Damon’s getting some questionable energy on this, too, because apparently Winona Ryder uh was robbed twice. Said she made those up. Gwennneth, what? So, she thought that Winona was making up the robberies for the sake of attention. And according to the book, Damon consoled Winona, but Gwennneth and Ben Affleck believed that Winona fabricated the robberies as a toy for attention. There is no proof of this. Amy Odell notes, but she says that Gwennneth was annoyed that Damon couldn’t see it. And although Damon was kind to her friends, Gwennneth didn’t seem to like him after that. Matt Damon and Gw of course co-starred in the talented Mr. Ripley together. And you know Jude Law Gwennneth got her Oscar for Shakespeare and Love. Apparently Gwennneth swiped the script from Winona’s desk after Winona Well, Winona originally turned it down apparently. What? So then Gwennneth took it from Winona’s coffee table and then when that story reached the media, Gwennneth told friends that Vagina writer had started the rumor and insisted she’d received the script through her agent. I feel like Gwennneth is making up stories. Well, and then in 2009, Gwennneth said in a Goop blog, “Back in the day, I had a friend of me who, as it turned out, was pretty hellbent on taking me down. The person really did what they could to hurt me. But one day I heard that something unfortunate and humiliating had happened to this person and my reaction was deep relief and happiness. Wow.
