    It is reported that Kate, Princess of Wales, begins each day with a nutrient-dense breakfast, which could assist people in managing their weight. The Duchess is said to have a green smoothie every morning, alongside a meal made of oats.

    The drink is reported to contain kale, spirulina, matcha, spinach, romaine and blueberries. Former Royal nutritionist Jennifer Hanway discussed the advantages of the green smoothie, stating that it can also help “achieve better skin”, reports the Express.

    She said: “You can spend hundreds and hundreds of pounds on skin treatments, products and facials, but if you’re not feeding yourself right, you’re never going to be able to harbour the benefits, because we are literally what we eat.

    “Think of your diet as the building blocks of your body. It’s definitely possible to achieve better skin from the inside out on a cellular level with diet.” She added: “Kate [reportedly] has a ton of antioxidants in there, a ton of vitamins and minerals, and a ton of fibre – which make for a powerhouse of overall health.

    “Everything from the kale to the leafy greens is a really great source of nutrients. This smoothie is absolutely packed full of antioxidants that fight free-radical damage, which are the environmental toxins that steal our natural glow.”

    As well as this, having oats for breakfast has many health benefits including weight loss, experts at Healthline explained. Describing them as “a delicious breakfast food, also very filling”, they are considered “among the healthiest grains on earth”.

    Oats are dubbed the “healthiest grains on earth”, packed with fibre and antioxidants, and are “very filling and may help you lose weight,” according to the health website.
