The royal family may be feuding, but Princess Kate is all about love. In a new video shared Aug. 13 as part of the 43-year-old’s Mother Nature series celebrating the four seasons in the UK, the mom of three turned her thoughts to summer.

“Our lives flourish when we cherish the bonds of love and friendship,” she captioned the video. “It has never been more important to appreciate the value of one another and of Mother Nature.”

Though Kate, her husband, Prince William, and their children do not appear in the clip — filled with bees buzzing, happy families and beautiful scenery — she lent her voice to the narration. And some believe she’s offering an alternative to the rancor that marks William and his father, King Charles III’s relationship with the estranged Prince Harry.
“As we bask in the sunlit hours, friends and families come together – playing, connecting, being present, embracing the joy to be found in even the most fleeting moments,” she says, adding, “The days are still long, so simply love and be loved.”
