Real Housewives of New York City alum Bethany Frankle reveals she and the hypnotist were an item about a decade prior to Jim’s romance with the Friend star. The reality star sharing the fun fact on the September 2nd episode of her Just Be with Bethany Frankle podcast, but she adds she won’t be spilling any tea about their relationship.
