Lady Gaga dedicates MTV VMAs Artist of the Year win to fiancé

Lady Gaga gives rare shout out to partner Michael as she brings the mayhem at VMAs 2025.

Though Lady Gaga is in the middle of her “Mayhem” tour — and has a concert later tonight at Madison Square Garden — she made time amid the madness to make an appearance at the MTV VMAs 2025.

The singer, 39, wore a puff-sleeved Marc Jacobs black and purple gown with extravagant all-over ruffles and lace to the ceremony, where she accepted an award for artist of the year.

“I wish I could stay and watch all these amazing performances, but I have to go back to Madison Square Garden,” she said at the end of her acceptance speech.
