Jackson, 47, was photographed on a lunch date with Jain, 28, in Los Angeles over the weekend.
The pair walked together to a casual restaurant, where they sat outside and waited for their food.
The actor wore a white T-shirt, brown pants and white sneakers for the Sunday outing.

This isn’t the first time the duo has been spotted out together.
In fact, they were snapped enjoying a coffee date in New York City in early August.

The actor, 52, brought Shirtcliff to the LA premiere of his new series, “Countdown,” with a source claiming to “Entertainment Tonight” that “the two have been in an on-and-off relationship for over three years and care deeply for each other.”
However, we were told it was the first time Jain had ever heard of the director.
Our source said Jain and Dane met last summer and became “exclusive” in November 2024 — right before he was diagnosed with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).
Dane, who has a matching tattoo with Jain, announced his diagnosis in April.

According to our source, Jain was “devastated by the diagnosis” but stood by the “Grey’s Anatomy” alum’s side. Interestingly, ET’s source claimed that “Eric asked Janell to be there for him during this time, and she wanted to show up for him.”
As for Jackson, he was married to Jodie Turner-Smith from December 2019 until the actress filed for divorce in October 2023. The exes are currently in an ongoing custody battle over their 5-year-old daughter, Juno.
The “Fatal Attraction” star went on to date Lupita Nyong’o for about six months last year.
Meanwhile, Ashley was last linked to Constantin “Tino” Klein.
