Chloë Grace Moretz Talks About the Off-Broadway Play ‘Caroline’

    In the show, your nine-year-old daughter is played by um River. River, who’s who’s new to the theater. Yes. Um what’s what’s this like? River Leith is an absolutely incredible actor. They are so present and so dedicated and they have such a raw authenticity because they haven’t done many projects and so it’s been really wonderful every night to see how their tone shifts and changes and they’re finding their comedic timing and it’s been incredible. as someone who started acting very young. Did you have any words of of wisdom? Oh, they are full of probably more wisdom than I ever had at their age. Uh but yeah, you know, I think it’s just wonderful to be able to kind of welcome in the next generation of actors with open arms and kind of understanding what they’re going through. They just got back to school, so it’s also an interesting thing having to be a kid in school, but then also be a professional actor. And it’s a difficult kind of tight rope to walk. So, it’s been interesting having those conversations with them and just shaking our roles off at the end of the day, you know, right?
