It was a memorable occasion for actor James Brolin, 83, the other night. The actor celebrated a milestone moment for one of his cult classic films.
However, his wife, Barbra Streisand, 83, was not by his side. In fact, the iconic singer has been lying low since she dropped her latest album, The Secret of Life: Partners, Volume Two.

James Brolin Reassures Fans Barbra Streisand Is Just Fine
The legendary Hollywood star looked ageless outside the Aero Theater in Santa Monica, where he attended a special screening for his cult classic 80s thriller Night of the Juggler.
In photos captured by the Daily Mail, Brolin looked ageless—and nearly unrecognizable. The actor kept it casual in black jeans, a black shirt, a British safari-like jacket, and sneakers.
Despite appearing to have a great time signing autographs, the absence of his wife was glaring. When asked where the singer was, Brolin kept his update light and reassuring.
“’She’s alright, she’s laying back,” he expressed before adding, “'[She’s] perfect. Nobody works out more than she does. Love is the best medicine.”
Brolin and Streisand have been married since 1998. They were set up on a blind date, and the rest, as they say, is history.

Barbra Streisand Supports James Brolin in a Different Way
Even though she wasn’t in Santa Monica for the special screening of Brolin’s Night of the Juggler, she supported her husband in a different way. Taking to Instagram, the legendary singer marked the return of Brolin’s horror flick to the big screen with a special message.
“Last night they showed a special screening of a movie my husband made years ago called “Night of the Juggler” and it’s coming to Blu-ray and DVD later this month. It’s so good, it could have been made today (!) – my husband is so fantastic in it. Don’t miss it,” Streisand gushed.
The singer also marked Brolin’s 83rd birthday this summer with a social media share of him in his element: pilot mode. Streisand kept her caption simple by writing, “Another year around the sun honey. Happy birthday. Bee xo. 🎂.”
Brolin and Streisand are still going strong after decades together. They are not joined at the hip, but they are always supporting each other.
