Prince Harry refuses Royal role after reuniting with King Charles?

Prince Harry reportedly has no plans to take on Royal duties or return as a working Royal, despite reuniting with King Charles recently and is in fact, committed to building his life in the United States.

Back in 2020, the 41-year-old Duke of Sussex and his wife Meghan Markle left the Royal life behind.

Recently, Harry made headlines when it was reported that he will be travelling to the United Kingdom on September 7, 2025, for a four days trip.

During his trip, the Duke had a short reunion with his father on September 10, at about 5:20 p.m, at Clarence House, where they spent almost an hour there before he left, as reported by People.

Speculation about this return to Royal life spread on the internet but recently were shut down as a source came forward and revealed Harry’s future in the Royal family.

As per GB News, an insider stated, “There’s no move to want to be back in the institution.”

“He’s genuinely very happy in California. His wife and kids are there; his life is there.”

Harry also shut down rumors of returning to the UK earlier this week while speaking about where Archie may one day go to school.

Rumours spread that Charles’ youngest son had contacted his alma mater, Eton, to try to secure a seat for his six year old son Prince Archie.

However, on Monday, September 22, Harry denied these claims in a statement.

A spokesperson for the royal said: “Prince Harry has not put his son’s name down for Eton, nor does he have any plans to do so.”
