He said: “I am sure behind the scenes both Foreign Office officials in Britain and State Department officials in America may already be laying plans for such an occasion.”
He also sees the fun side of the visit, that it would give the Royal Family a chance to get out and about and see the US.
“Certainly, I am sure Charles and Camilla and even William and Kate would enjoy the opportunities to visit America and experience the tremendous heritage and culture and its outstanding pomp and ceremony.”
