Meghan Markle has given her Instagram followers a rare glimpse into her $14million (£10.5million) mansion. Showing a peek into her living room, the Duchess of Sussex showed off her opulent home, complete with a $2,000 (£1,400) Hermes throw.
The former Suits actress lives with her husband, Prince Harry, and their two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. The family have put down roots in Montecito, California, after famously ditching the UK – and the Royal Family – for warmer climes.
Meghan, 44, shared a clip on her Stories, which showed off a stunning floral arrangement. Sleeping soundly was her beagle, Mia, who was resting on a cream armchair.

She continues to film, before panning over to a huge bouquet, which sits on top of a black side table. Zooming in on the white vase, it features the logo of her lifestyle brand, As Ever.

Giving a subtle royal nod to her husband’s family, she wrote: “Delphinium, Nigella, Veronica – meet As ever. With garden roses and Queen Anne’s lace (and a very sleepy Mia). Looking lovely, ladies.”
Elsewhere in the living room, viewers spotted a brown and cream Hermes throw, which retails at around $2000. Outside, Meghan’s patio space could be seen, with an outdoor table and chair, and a leafy canopy.
The look into her home is a rare insight into their life, after it was revealed her Netflix show With Love, Meghan, was actually not filmed at her own property at all. Instead, Meghan had arranged for ‘home’ scenes to be filmed at a nearby rental.
Explaining the move to People, she said: “I wanted to protect that safe haven. We’re a close-knit family, and I love those moments — putting Lili down for a nap, having lunch together, having sacred time together at the end of the day. Our kitchen is where Mama just cooks for the family, and with a crew of 80-plus people, that’s a lot of people to have in your house!”
Meghan’s lifestyle brand As Ever currently only has jams, wine and crepe mix on sale, but the vase suggests more lines are set to be launched. She first unveiled her brand in March 2024, under the name American Riviera Orchard, before announcing its current name in February.

It was recently revealed why Meghan and Harry chose to keep their children’s royal titles, despite no longer using their own HRH titles themselves. It has now been claimed that the couple made the decision after speaking to Harry’s cousins, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie.
“Harry and Meghan are very, very keen to cling onto those royal titles,” journalist Neil Sean said, via the Express. “After much deliberation, Meghan decided that the titles would be a good thing, not just for her but for both her children too.
“Meghan became very friendly with senior members of the monarchy, predominately Princesses Eugenie and Beatrice. After this, Meghan realised how useful a title can be, particularly when you want to move in the correct circles. That is the reason why they want to clutch hold of titles.”
