Prince Andrew and his longtime ex-wife Sarah “Fergie” Ferguson might be getting coal in their stocking this Christmas holiday.

King Charles III reportedly doesn’t want to invite them to the royal family’s annual holiday gathering at their winter home in Sandringham.

The Times of London recently noted that Charles, 76, has had enough of Andrew and his scandals over the years, particularly his friendship with dead sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, and doesn’t feel right in asking him to come for the Yuletide.

“You can’t sack someone from being your brother,” a source divulged to the outlet. “But this year, if the duke and duchess were both to be as honorable [as last year], it would be very much for the best and the family would not be disappointed, not least to avoid the king having to make any more difficult decisions.”

The sovereign is also hoping that the Duke and Duchess of York would continue to keep a low profile and also stay more “invisible” at royal family soirées.

Pals of Fergie, 65, gave their two cents on her feelings, telling the publication that the duchess is “devastated for any embarrassment” that went down recently and hopes to “explain herself to the wider royal family in due course.” Fergie has faced her own controversies over the years regarding her ties with Epstein and her ex-husband.

Last year, Andrew and Fergie had a quiet Christmas at their shared home, the Royal Lodge, in Windsor with their daughters, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie. The family opted not to head out to Sandringham with the rest of the Firm and this year might prove to be no different.
