William, Prince of Wales, has delighted royal fans with his novel way of getting around the vast Windsor Castle estate.

‘HRH, The Prince of Wheels’
Prince William is one of the guests on the new season of Eugene Levy’s Apple TV+ series, The Reluctant Traveler.
In previous episodes, the Prince of Wales candidly discussed how much he misses his grandmother the late Queen Elizabeth II. He also opened up about dealing with the “hardest year” of his life last year, as a result of his wife Kate’s and father King Charles’ cancer diagnoses.
Sharing a teaser on X for the next episode, which will drop tomorrow (Friday, October 3), Apple TV dubbed him: “His Royal Highness, The Prince of Wheels.”

“I do know he’s not prompt, and don’t think I won’t be bringing that up,” he teases, checking his watch.
Seconds later, the Prince of Wales emerges from the distance, zooming in through the grand castle gates on an electric scooter.
Laughing in disbelief, Levy says in the voiceover: “Note to self, bucket lists are far from predictable.”
“Eugene, good morning,” the Prince of Wales greets Levy as he hops nonchalantly off the scooter, as if nothing had happened.
“Your Royal Highness, this is not what I was expecting. This is your mode of transportation?” Levy quizzes.
“It is round here, yes,” William confirms, adding: “It gets around quite nicely round here, it’s quite fun!”

‘Why I love Prince William’
Safe to say, William’s fans seemed thrilled at the discovery.
“Fabulous entrance!” One person gushed in the comment section, “Feel like there needs to be a ‘taaadaaaah’ as he lands.”
Another person agreed: “Oh I love this! Our Prince of Wales is such a cool and down to earth guy.”
“So, so cool! This is a perfect example of why I love Prince William,” a third person likewise said.
A fourth was also keen to point out: “People will think Prince William showed up on a scooter just for the show but he actually rides one around Windsor Castle. He really does turn up to meetings on a scooter.”
Someone else wrote: “I thought everyone knew that Prince William scoots around Windsor on his electric scooter. Eugene Levy’s reaction is awesome though.”
With the Windsor Estate spanning 15,800 acres, can you really blame him?
Prince William, wife Kate, and their three children have lived on the Windsor Estate since August 2022.
They currently live at the four-bedroom Adelaide Cottage, but are expected to move into eight-bedroom Forest Lodge, described as their “forever home”, later this year.
