Stop us if you’ve heard this before: Sydney Thomas is turning heads on social media.
Thomas has become an incredibly popular influencer since her appearance at the Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson fight. The University of Alabama graduate currently has 917,000 followers on Instagram. She has partnered with a few big companies, including DraftKings Sportsbook, over the past 12 months.
With her newfound fame has come a bunch of attention online. During an appearance on the “Like A Farmer” podcast in January, she revealed that an SEC football coach slid into her DMs.
“It was from another SEC football team coach. And they just DM’d me, ‘Roll Tide,’” Thomas said. “So I’m not going to say what coach it was, but they’re an Alabama fan, now at least. We’ll let everyone else figure that out for themselves, who it was.”
Thomas later revealed that it was Ole Miss head coach Lane Kiffin.

On Tuesday afternoon, Thomas went viral for posting a new photoshoot on Instagram. She wore a leopard-print dress that had everyone’s attention.
Unsurprisingly, countless people complimented Thomas’ appearance.
“Stunning,” one person wrote.
“Perfect,” a second person said.
“You are HER,” another person commented.
Sydney Thomas opens up about her dating life.
There has been a lot of speculation about the viral ring girl’s love life over the past year, especially since she broke up with her previous boyfriend in the summer of 2024.
When asked if she’s into professional athletes, Thomas suggested that she doesn’t have a preference.
“I don’t really think I have a type. I like… I like guys with a big heart. And I think that’s the first thing I look for is, like, a heart and a brain,” she said. “And then, outside of that, obviously, I’d love a nice body and athletic and tall and all that. But deep down it’s really just, if you have a brain and a big heart, I will love you.”
As of now, Thomas appears to be single. Of course, she’s not obligated to share updates on her love life.
