Amy Schumer is quote loving the love as famous friends shower her with compliments after debuting her body transformation. On October 4th, The Kind of Pregnant star posted a picture on her Instagram posing with her co-star Jillian Bell and producer Alex Saxs. And followers couldn’t help but notice how different she looked. “You look incredible. Look at those pins.” Amy Sedaris wrote in the comments admiring Amy’s legs. Selma Blair chimed in with a similar sentiment. simply writing legs. Amy welcomed all the praise and replied, “Loving the love, my legs, thank you.” The 44year-old actress has made it a point to be transparent about her weight loss journey. At the beginning of this year, she told Howard Stern that although she lost 30 lbs on Ompic, the diabetes medication commonly repurposed as a weight loss drug made her so sick she was quote bedridden. I hate Ompic. You had a horrible experience with it, right? I have this gene GDF-15 which makes you extremely prone to nausea which is why I was so sick during my pregnancy. So I tried ompic almost 3 years ago and I was like veteran. I was like vomiting like and then you have no energy but but other people take it and they they’re they’re all good. I lost 30 lbs so quick. I looked great and I couldn’t lift my head off the pillow. So what’s the point? And in March, the comedian shared a video on her Instagram sharing details about the success she’s had with Mangaro, which is a similar drug to Ozmpic, but has a different active ingredient. I went on this tellalth meeting with Midi Health, MIDI Health, and it was cheap. I wanted to try it myself cuz I wanted to recommend it to like my friends who are like nurses and teachers. Anyway, they put me on estrogen and progesterone cuz I realized I was in pmenopause and my symptoms from being in parmenopause have like disappeared. My hair is fuller. Um, my skin is better. I have more energy. I want to get down more, if you know what I mean. I’m talking about sex. Uh, and I Yeah. So, that’s been great. And Mjaro has been great. And look, it’s not covered by insurance unless you have diabetes or like severe obesity, which most of the internet thinks I have. Um, but um, I’m having a really good experience with it and I wanted to keep it keep it real with you about that. And um, yeah. [Music]
