Prince Harry, Meghan Markle ready to make peace with royals?
In a surprising turn of events, sources have come forward suggesting Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have begun “strategising a peace deal” and are reportedly exploring ways to mend ties with the Royal family.
Sources revealed to Page Six that the 44-year-old Duchess of Sussex, despite her past openness about the challenges she faced with the 41-year-old Duke of Sussex’s family, has been standing firmly behind his recent push to reconcile, particularly with his father.
“They need the (Royal) family,” the source stated.
Adding, “Meghan is aware of that.”
The insider added that while Meghan understands that Harry won’t be returning to Royal duties, she still hopes he can rebuild a positive relationship and reconnect with his father King Charles.
“Meghan knows that Harry won’t be returning to royal duties, but on a human, personal level, (she wants for him to be) able to get on good terms with his father,” the source told the outlet.
The Duke has expressed his genuine desire to reconcile with the 76-year-old Monarch, who continues to battle his cancer diagnosis.
Recently, the King’s youngest son made headlines as he was visiting the United Kingdom for four days. During that time, he had a short reunion with Charles.
Their meet up came after their previous meeting which dates back to February 2024, after the announcement of the Monarch undergoing cancer treatment.
On September 10, he reached Clarence House and spent almost an hour there before leaving, as reported by People.
