To say that Kim Kardashian knows how to dress for revenge would be an understatement. But on Thursday, at the Los Angeles premiere of executive producer Ryan Murphy’s latest project, “All’s Fair,” the multifaceted 44-year-old proved she has the brains and beauty to do serious damage.
Or at least, her character does.
Kardashian wore a sculptural Schiaparelli Haute Couture gown to the premiere of the new female-led legal drama, in which she plays a high-powered, superbly stylish divorce attorney.
Crafted from nude satin overlaid with sheer black tulle, the look featured a dramatic draped skirt, corseted waist and halter neckline.

The series — which boasts an incredible cast including Naomi Watts, Niecy Nash, Glenn Close and Teyana Taylor — follows a group of women who, along with Kardashian’s character, Allura Grant, leave a male-dominated law firm to start their own practice.
“To share the screen with these iconic women has been a dream come true. I, like, pinch myself every day when we’re on set,” Kardashian shared in a promotional video for the show.
Naturally, Murphy’s longtime muse, Sarah Paulson, also plays a starring role.

In a case of life imitating art — or vise versa — Kardashian has shown interest in the legal profession. She sat for the California State Bar Exam in July, and received her results (she passed!) just last month. The Skims founder has also spent her fair share of time inside the courtroom, most notably as a plaintiff in the 2016 Paris robbery trial where eight people were found guilty of a violent armed heist.
The 2016 robbery occurred during Paris Fashion Week, and the attackers stole millions of dollars in jewelry, including Kardashian’s engagement ring from then-husband Kanye West.
Although the robbery took place nearly a decade ago, Kardashian testified in Paris this past spring, wearing a vintage John Galliano blazer dress suitable for the courtroom.

The jacket featured padded shoulders, a fitted waist and a peplum detail. She paired the plunging blazer with a long black maxi skirt with a slit up the back, a pair of black slingback heels and dark Alaïa sunglasses.
Kardashian didn’t stop there. She maxed out on accessories, wearing a $3 million diamond necklace, a shimmering anklet, ring and a number of diamond earrings — including an $8,100 Briony Raymond ear cuff — for her day in court.
As for what Allura Grant, Esq. will wear this season on “All’s Fair”?
We’re pretty sure she won’t be committing any major fashion crimes.
