‘RHOSLC’ star Britani Bateman blasts ‘crass’ Meredith Marks for shady nickname | Virtual Reali-Tea
We talked to Meredith earlier this season and her her nicknames for you and Whitney are one and two. What is your reaction to the shittney of it all? It all, you know, as someone who grew up not even saying that word, right? No, for real. For real. I wasn’t even allowed to say shut up. Like that’s how that’s how Mormon we were growing up, which I which I love and I raise my kids like that, too. And I love that. Um I think it’s crass and I think it’s beneath her and she’s got a better vocabulary than that. Mhm. She’s very smart lady. Absolutely. She is a smart lady. She doesn’t need to stoop that low. And you know what’s kind of crazy? One of the major Angie and Lisa blowout moments kind of was inspired by you cuz they’re fighting over Kristas now. Isn’t that wild? And I’m like, shouldn’t I be the blowout? What about me? Did you guys see the Tik Tok I made where I’m singing the song um I’m not that girl? Oh yeah. Like scooping caris, sipping a diet coke. The free promo that diet coke and caris. You’re doing you’re doing the Lord’s work for them. But you and Angie are good now, right? I love Angie. She’s great. I was telling someone yesterday that she’s different. She’s different outside of this friend group than she is in the friend group. You know that friend at school in high school like the I mean my take on it is that I think she likes to show. She likes to flex a little bit. She’s really witty, but in a really cutting, mean wit. We’ve seen that. She’s She knows how to use those words. And I think that she enjoys the spectacle of it all to flex with her mean cunningness and the am and the amic. Yeah. When when she’s got an audience, when when the other because oneon-one were totally great and then she’s like I’m like, “Oh, but do you know what it is? At least you can connect over both being show girls. Yes. You know what I mean? She’s just being a show girl. Angie Kay when she’s performing for her audience. Right. I didn’t get that reference show girls in different ways. Yes. No, that’s so true.
Britani Bateman is firing back after Meredith Marks took a not-so-subtle jab at her — and her “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” co-star Whitney Rose.
Throughout the press cycle for the Bravo series, Marks has referred to Bateman as “S–tani 2,” while calling Rose “S–tney 1,” shady nicknames that clearly didn’t sit well with Bateman.
“I think it’s crass and I think it’s beneath her,” Bateman tells Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” exclusively. “She’s a smart lady. She doesn’t need to stoop that low.”
