It’s unclear what’s next for Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice, especially after their parents’ titles were taken away.
“It’s entirely significant from a public relations point of view. Of course, it’s important to be seen with the royal family at Christmas,” royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams told Daily Express.

“They’re happily married, they’ve got careers, and they’ve done a certain amount of charitable work, but I can’t see that increasing at the moment, because they were doing a bit more before,” Richard Fitzwilliams added, referring to how Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie are not working royals.

Several charities cut ties with Sarah Ferguson after it was revealed she called Jeffrey Epstein a “supreme friend.” Ferguson isn’t the only York who is dealing with the consequences of knowing Epstein, as Prince Andrew’s ties to the financier put an end to his royal career. Despite their parents’ decline in popularity, Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice remain public figures.
“They’ve got to handle things. It’s impossible for them, and one does sympathize, but we don’t know what’s coming out in all these files,” Richard Fitzwilliams said.
