King Charles was spotted discussing worries about Prince Harry with Queen Camilla during Trooping the Colour, according to a lip reader’s analysis.
While traveling in a carriage down The Mall and greeting spectators with smiles and waves, it appeared the royals were simultaneously tackling more pressing issues.
Lipreader Nicola Hickling believes the 76-year-old monarch and his 78-year-old spouse were having a quiet conversation about a matter involving Harry, reports the Mirror US.
This comes after Prince Harry’s remarks to the BBC regarding King Charles’ unwillingness to communicate with him.
Nicola claims she observed Charles instructing Camilla to “wave and smile so that we can keep talking” while passing the crowd.
She also observed that Camilla pressed Charles: “What are you going to do about it?”
Charles seemingly replied: “We will tackle it sooner or later, it’s all very messy and I will talk to Harry. That’ll be fun.”
Camilla purportedly responded: “Oh yes, problematic.”
The event represents another year Harry has been missing from the ceremony, having last participated in 2022.
