King Charles and Prince William had a conversation about bringing Prince Harry back into the fold with William warming up to the idea, according to a former royal insider.
Ex-Palace photographer Ian Pelham Turner told Daily Express US that now Andrew is out, William has become agreeable to the idea of Harry returning in some capacity – a kind of “trade-off.”
“My feeling at the moment is because of Charles’ cancer diagnosis that all these negotiations perhaps, for example, with Harry have been accelerated,” Pelham Turner said. It comes after Meghan’s shocking real role in Harry’s estrangement from his family was exposed.
Charles was diagnosed with an undisclosed cancer in 2024 and the treatment is ongoing.
Pelham Turner believes Charles and William sat down to negotiate their terms, and speed up the “Bring Harry Back” campaign.
William is more accepting about Harry returning to the U.K.
“William has been placated about Harry coming back into the fold by getting rid of Andrew.”
Harry, though, remains happy living in the U.S., but has been dropping hints about missing home and wanting to return.
According to Pelham Turner, William is still upset with his little brother.
Pelham Turner said: “So I think why all of this has happened now is that William has been placated about Harry coming back into the fold by getting rid of Andrew.”
He added: “There seems to be accelerations at the moment. One acceleration is bringing Harry back. And the second acceleration is getting rid of Andrew.”
