Miss Universe is over but the drama is not: Miss Côte D’ Ivoire, Olivia Yacé, has stepped down from her role as Miss Universe Africa & Oceania and any future affiliation with the Miss Universe Comitte. Olivia was one of the fan favorites and predicted to win but came in 4th place.
