The Tony Danza Tapdance Extravaganza returned to the stage in 2025 for the first time since 2011, but their comeback has raised one big question: where is guitarist Josh Travis?
An August 2025 update suggested the band would feature three guitarists—Travis, returning member Layne Meylain, and newcomer Eric Berngruber—but Travis was absent from both reunion shows.
With the band working on their first album since 2012, speculation around Travis’ status has only grown.
The group acknowledged the chatter today Monday, December 1st, by posting a teaser video announcing that all will be addressed on an upcoming episode of The Totally Legitimate Business Podcast.
That episode drops Sunday, December 7th and hints that “Josh reflects on his own creative progression, and what the future could hold for the band’s next chapter.”
Travis was central to Danza’s signature sound. During the band’s hiatus, he joined Emmure, where he has remained since 2016.
