Sofia is married to Prince Carl Philip, the second child and only son of King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia of Sweden. The two were married on 13 June 15 and share four children.
Princess Sofia is a co-founder and honorary chair of Project Playground as well as a co-found of the Prince Carl Philip and Princess Sofia's Foundation. She is an honorary chair of Sophiahemmet and worked at the hospital as a volunteer during the COVID-19 pandemic.
