Meghan Markle’s dad is speaking out about their estrangement amid an emergency surgical procedure. Thomas Markle spoke out to the Daily Mail and said, quote, “I don’t want to die estranged.” Also telling the Mail on Sunday that he hopes he can see Prince Harry, Archie, and Liette, quote, before it’s too late. also saying about the Duchess of Sussex, quote, “I’ve always and I am open to reconciling with my daughter. I have never stopped loving her. I don’t want to die estranged from Megan. I want to meet my grandkids. It might be nice to meet her husband, too.” Last week, Thomas Markle underwent an emergency surgery in the Philippines where he had his left leg amputated for multiple reports. Thomas Markle Jr. told the mail on Sunday of the procedure that quote, “It happened very quickly. I took him to a local hospital and they did some scans and an ultrasound and said the leg had to be amputated.” Also adding, “I was told the leg had to be removed and it was a case of life or death.” There have been conflicting reports regarding whether Megan has reached out to her aranged father. People reports that Megan emailed her father on Friday. But the Mail on Sunday reported over the weekend that Thomas was quote confused about that report and claimed he hadn’t heard from his daughter.
