Khloé Kardashian is opening up about the aftermath of her father’s death like never before.

On an episode of her podcast, Khloé in Wonder Land, released on Wednesday, Dec. 10, the mom of two recalled receiving late father Robert Kardashian Sr.’s bible after her sister, Kim Kardashian, secretly bid on it in an auction, won it and gifted it to her.

Khloé, 41, shared how special the bible is to her, given she doesn’t have any other of her dad’s belongings. Robert died at age 59 in 2003, just months after he was diagnosed with esophageal cancer and one month after he married Ellen Pearson in August.

Khloé alleged on the episode that she doesn’t “have really anything” belonging to Robert and seemed to correlate that with her dad’s marriage to Pearson. “When my dad died — a woman married him… on his deathbed and took everything from us,” she claimed.

As a result of the marriage, Khloé claimed, “I don’t have anything of my dad’s.” She then called it a “long story,” seemingly hinting at strife between the family and her late father’s wife.

“Just to see my dad’s handwriting is so special to me,” she said of the bible, which Robert gave to his client. O.J. Simpson, during his murder trial.

Pearson and Robert reportedly dated for three years before getting married in 2003. Prior to their relationship, Robert was married to Kris Jenner from 1978 to 1991 and shares four kids with her. He was also briefly married to Jan Ashley from 1998 to 1999.

The tension between the Kardashian family and Pearson has been brought up by the sisters before, though it’s rare. On a season 6 episode of The Kardashians that aired earlier this year, Kim, 45, told Khloé that she’d had a dream that Pearson was part of.

In the dream, their dad was alive and living in Los Angeles “with Ellen” but hiding from them, Kim said. “Ew,” Khloé replied, which seemed to be a response to the topic of her dad’s wife.

Kim later called Khloé to talk about the dream in a confessional, and a producer asked if the Ellen they were referring to was Ellen DeGeneres. Kim said they were referring to their dad’s wife, but that talk show host would have been a preferred figure. “That would’ve been the dream,” she said, again hinting at strife between the family and Robert’s wife at the time of his death.

Pearson sued the Kardashian family for defamation a decade after Robert’s death, TMZ reported in August 2013. At the time, she alleged that Kim, Khloé, Kourtney, 46, Rob, 38, Kris, 70, and Keeping Up with the Kardashians producer Ryan Seacrest tried to involve her in a messy plot line on the E! reality series.

In the complaint, Pearson alleged that Kris was a “manipulative and devious mother and ex-wife who simply used and exploited her children.” In response, Khloé allegedly argued that Pearson married their father while his mental state was “compromised,” according to the outlet.

The lawsuit was dismissed in 2014, per a docket report.
