Madonna and Guy Richie are reuniting publicly for the first time in nearly 20 years. The pop singer and film director attended their son Rocco’s art exhibition. Talk is cheap in London December 15th. On Instagram, Roco writes, “It’s obvious why some people might hold judgment against me. I don’t blame them. However, I am proud to be who I am, but I’m even prder to have both my parents together in one room supporting me. The work should speak for itself. That’s why the show was called Talk is cheap.” Madonna and Guy Richie divorced in 2008 after 8 years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences. The two share son Rocco and David together. Speaking on their child custody battle on the September 29th episode of OnPurpose with J. Shetty, Madonna says, “Probably one of the most painful moments in my life where I honestly couldn’t see the forest through the trees was when I went through a custody battle with my son. Someone trying to take my child away from me. It was like, you might as well just kill me. That’s really how I was thinking. [Music]
