At this court hearing, his lawyer Karen Friedman Agnifilo also blasted the NYPD and Mayor Eric Adams for the prejudicial perp walk on the helicopter dock, where he was made to look like a comic book villain. This undermined his presumption of innocence and tainted the potential jury pool in Manhattan.
