I’m sorry but the California bar exam is the hardest bar in the USA. Her unconventional path is not designed for that exam so she was doomed to fail anyway. I commend her for trying tho.
Regarding Kim K — why is this so offensive to some people? She set a goal and fell short on her bar exam, so what? She’s clearly passionate and motivated about the work, and she’s actually helped draw attention to criminal-justice cases that might not otherwise have gotten broader awareness. I’m not bashing anyone; I just think we need to ask what is really so triggering about this woman studying to achieve a goal. Mind you —- a goal that with allllll the resources she has, she will likely achieve. Then what?
