Inside Amanda Seyfried’s Golden Globes Look | Vogue

“I’m being hugged by Versace right now.” Watch as Amanda Seyfried tries on her dress for the 83rd Golden Globe Awards. The actress has two Best Actress nominations at this year’s awards show, one for “The Testament of Ann Lee” and another for her role in the limited series “Long Bright River.” Wearing a flowing, draped white Versace gown that fits so immaculately it leaves her a bit taken aback, Amanda takes a moment to admire the look in the mirror. To complete the look, she grudgingly leaves her Claire’s jewelry behind and instead opts for a Tiffany gold necklace, hoping it will serve as a good-luck charm for an award-filled night. As she reflects on the evening ahead, Seyfried also talks about her relationship with filmmaker Mona Fastvold and emphasizes the importance of telling women’s stories with women artists.
