Kiefer Sutherland Arrested for Alleged Assault of Ride Share Driver | E! News

’24’ star Kiefer Sutherland was arrested after being accused of assaulting his ride-share driver during an incident in Los Angeles on Jan. 12, according to the LAPD. Officers said they responded to a call after midnight about an alleged assault involving a ride-share driver in the Hollywood neighborhood of the city, per NBC4 and TMZ. After being booked at 4:23 a.m., Sutherland was released from custody over six hours later on $50,000 bond, according to arrest records viewed by E! News Jan. 13. An initial court date was set for Feb. 2, per the records. E! News reached out to the Los Angeles Police Department, as well as a rep for Sutherland, for comment but has not heard back.
