Harriet was sent home from the BBC series after asking to be voted off at the roundtable

The Traitors fans have called out Harriet’s sacrifice over a ‘glaringly obvious’ mistake regarding Rachel in the Scottish Highlands.
Kicking off the third week of its fourth season, Wednesday night (January 14) proved to be one of the most tense episodes of the Claudia Winkleman BBC series to date. At the centre of the drama was Harriet.
After Matt asked traitors Stephen and Rachel to recruit him and murder Jessie, Harriet made her way to the confessional booth from last week’s episode. She quickly revealed that she’s a crime novelist and former criminal barrister.
Asking who they’d like to recruit, Harriet was informed it would either be her, Jessie or Sam. “I think this answer is not worth the paper it was written on. If my voice is shaking it not through nerves, but through anger you have taken me for such a fool,” Harriet replied.
Harriet didn’t stop here as she said that she won’t stop until she exposes Rachel as a traitor. The faithful proceeded to ask if the other traitor would turn on Rachel, to which Stephen said he would in spite of assuring Rachel that he’s on her time until the end.
Harriet then warned them in another stunning moment: “I bet you killed me when you had the chance.”
Once breakfast arrived, the faithfuls were taken back when Harriet shared her real job before calling out Rachel in front of them. The moment caused chaos in the castle with no one sure over who was telling the truth.

When it came time for the roundtable, Rachel and Harriet entered a debate over who was in the right. Rachel then shared that before she went on the show she took on MI5 training to help her learn how to read people.
Realising that she wasn’t going to convince everyone that she was correct, Harriet told them all to vote for her in order to prove her point. This ended up being the way things went, with Harriet becoming the latest contestant to be eliminated.
“It’s a kamikaze move, I appreciate that. I wanted to ensure that you all knew who I really was. It seems to me this is the only way I can get rid of any doubt of what I said.
“I’ve given you the names, do not let this sacrifice be in vain. I am and have always been a faithful,” she said after being sent home.
Following the roundtable, the contestants still remained hesitant to suspect Rachel of being a traitor. Instead, they said they were going to focus on Roxy and Matt moving forward.
The episode concluded in the turret, with Rachel and Stephen having to decide whether to recruit or murder a contestant. While they chose to commit murder, it wasn’t revealed what they were going to kill by the time the credits began to roll.
Fans quickly rushed to X, previously known as Twitter, to have their say on the dramatic installment of the series.
