Photos depicting Janice Dickinson’s injuries after a 2022 fall were obtained by The Sun and TMZ this week.

She’s suing ITV for the alleged “permanent traumatic scarring” she suffered after falling on the set of one of their shows, I’m a Celebrity…South Africa.

“I’m a Celebrity operates a high level of safety protocols and the health, safety and welfare of all of our contributors are our number one priority,” an ITV rep told TMZ.

Janice Dickinson is taking a British production company to court over injuries that caused “permanent traumatic scarring.” The supermodel initially lodged a complaint against ITV in September 2025 over a fall she suffered on the set of one of their shows.

While appearing on I’m a Celebrity…South Africa in 2022, Dickinson alleges that she tripped in the dark after a safety light failed. As a result of the fall, she claims she suffered nerve damage that still affects her speech, eating, and drinking, per the lawsuit.

In new photos shared by The Sun and TMZ, Dickinson’s facial injuries, including lacerations and severe bruising, are clearly visible. She’s seeking just under a million dollars in damages for ITV’s alleged neglect.

Doctors reportedly told Dickinson that she has “permanent traumatic scarring across multiple areas of her face, including the lips and mouth area, both cheeks, the chin and lower face,” a source told The Sun.

“Her face has been permanently altered and the scars and indentations cannot be corrected,” the insider added.

Dickinson believes that the fall was caused by sleeping medication that a medic had given her, according to the Mirror.

“It was the most frightening night of my life,” Dickinson told The Sun in 2023. “Those motherfuckers left me there bleeding in the dark for 10 minutes. The guy whose job it was to watch us was negligent. ITV had a duty of care and they let me down.”

“Janice Dickinson’s letter of claim has been received and reviewed,” a spokesperson for ITV told TMZ. “I’m a Celebrity operates a high level of safety protocols and the health, safety, and welfare of all of our contributors are our number one priority.”

“We don’t recognize this version of events,” the rep continued. “However, we looked after Janice at the time, paid her medical expenses, flew her home to L.A., and the I’m a Celebrity team were in regular contact with Janice and her representatives on an ongoing basis after she returned home to America until after the program aired seven months later.”
