The pair hired crisis manager Liza Ravenscroft, and many wondered why they needed a crisis manager, especially since Prince Harry is coming to the UK for a brief visit soon.
However, two people came to talk more about it, including a rep from Kensington Palace who said, via Marie Claire, “Liza is joining in a non-crisis-based role in the KP press office, working on the day-to-day press interaction Kensington Palace had,” and added that “people who work in communications for the Royal Household come from an array of backgrounds.”
PR expert Mayah Riaz added to The Mirror, “It is about message discipline, speed, and making sure the right narrative is ready if and when speculation starts to spiral.”

But, as we said, the timing of it all has royal fans confused, especially since next week is when Harry will be returning to the UK to testify in his lawsuit against Associated Newspapers Limited. Wales will be in Scotland at that time for an event for the National Curling Academy and Radical Weavers. King Charles is also set for an event on the same day in Scotland.
The timing of the PR manager and leaving town has many wondering if the feud is still going strong, or if the Wales family is gearing up for a wild 2026.
