Snoop Dogg is officially trading the Gin and Juice for some ghosts and gore. In what might be the most “only in 2026” news ever, the D-O-double-G is teaming up with horror maestro Eli Roth for two movies, one that literally says what we’re all thinking: “Don’t Go in That House, Bitch!”
Not only is Snoop producing and handling the soundtrack, but Roth just confirmed that Snoop is actually starring in the film. And let’s be honest, Snoop keeps it “gangsta.”
The Ultimate Haunted House Mashup
Eli Roth isn’t holding back on this one. He wants to make the “craziest” haunted house movie ever—a wild cocktail of classic horror vibes like House, Friday the 13th, and the Japanese cult classic Hausu.
You know how you yell at the screen when characters do something stupid? This movie is that yell.
“People don’t listen. What are you doing, bitch? Don’t go in that house!” — Eli Roth, being extremely relatable.
The characters will basically act as a “Greek chorus” for the audience, saying precisely what we’re thinking as the supernatural chaos unfolds.
Snoop’s Secret Talent: Horror Scoring?
Snoop isn’t just bringing the vibes; he’s getting the music. But we aren’t just talking about a new rap single. Snoop has actually been sending Roth orchestral scores.
Snoop Dogg is also scoring a whole section of Roth’s other upcoming film, Ice Cream Man (starring Ari Millen).
Roth stated, “I was like, ‘Oh my god, this is incredible.’… It’s an actual score.” Snoop also wrote an original song for the end credits of Ice Cream Man, so get ready to stay through the credits.
Production Timeline:
So when does Don’t Go in That House, Bitch start filming? It is set to kick off in June of 2026 in Los Angeles and has a serious “what are you doing?!” energy.
According to Roth:
“He’s (Snoop) been wanting to do Death Row Films for a long time,” Roth was quoted as saying. “I said we need to make the ultimate haunted house movie, like the craziest one, something that mixes House, House by the Cemetery, Hausu, and Friday the 13th, like something so insane people can’t believe it exists. And we have to call it, Don’t Go in That House, Bitch!. And he’s going to star in it.”
Roth continued, “People keep going in the house. People don’t listen. ‘What are you doing, bitch? Don’t go in that house.’ People just keep going in. Like, ‘What are you doing? You’re not going to come out of there. Don’t do it. Turn around. Leave!’ It’s basically everything that we yell at the screen during horror movies. You put those as characters in the movie like a Greek chorus.”
We’ll keep you posted as more details surface.
