Scarlett Johansson continued to showcase the slip dress’s timeless allure—with a lingerie-inspired twist—as she made a rare appearance. In videos and photos shared on Friday, January 16, the Avengers: Endgame alum made a radiant entrance in a plunging slink LBD trimmed in black lace at an Outset launch event.
Celebrating the release of her skincare company’s Total Clarity Dark Spot Serum, Johansson proved that her glowing complexion is her best accessory as she posed with influencers and beauty tastemakers at the party earlier this week. In posts shared by the Outset as well as attendees, The Jurassic World: Rebirth actress could be seen putting a cold-weather twist on the classic slip dress, stealing the show in a floor-length black velvet dress with barely-there spaghetti straps. The form-fitting LBD also featured a low-cut sweetheart neckline that was trimmed with sheer black tulle, giving the look a subtle boudoir-coded update.
