If she had a drinking problem then congrats to her. If she didn't, then just stopping drinking alcohol is not impressive cause there was no real struggle.
Her husband is sober and a vegan and Kourtney has been on a health journey for a long time now, continuing to drink when you're 40 and above makes your mortality rate skyrocket. It's a mature thing to stop drinking as you age, it's very positive 💕
