Kim Kardashian is still with us today, thanks to Wesley Snipes.
During the second part of her interview with sister Khloé Kardashian on the Khloé in Wonder Land podcast, which dropped on Wednesday, January 28, the Good American founder asked her to spill the tea on a teenage encounter she had with the Jungle Fever actor.
“I just want to start it off with: Wesley Snipes saved my life,” the Skims founder, 45, began. “And he doesn’t know this story. He has no clue who I was.”
Kim then recalled a time when she went to New York City with friends at age 17 and spent a night out on the town.

“We were at a club, and then everyone’s like, ‘Oh my gosh, let’s go back to our friend’s house for a party,’” Kim remembered. “So my friend Sarah Howard wrote on my hand her dad’s address and was like, ‘If we lose each other, this is the address.’ [There were] no cell phones.”
Howard gave Kim $20 just in case she needed it later in the evening for a cab. After Kim and her pals made their way to the house party, she said that there was “no one to be found” when the night started coming to a close around 5 a.m.
Kim had lost the $20 bill but still had the address on her. “How am I going to do this?” she thought.
“I’m walking out — and I don’t know if Wesley Snipes lived in the building or what, but he was there,” Kim explained. “We were passing each other, and I was like, ‘Hi, sir. I’m so sorry, but…do you think you can give me a ride home?’”

Snipes, now 63, agreed to take Kim with him but said they needed to stop for breakfast first given how early in the morning it was.
“I was probably terrified,” Kim told Khloé, but noted that Snipes wasn’t giving off any kind of “creepy vibes” — she just wanted to get home.
At breakfast, Kim said that Snipes started “schooling me like he’s my father.”
“I don’t know how old you are, but you’re too young to be out this late,” Kim recalled Snipes telling her. “You’re too young to be at parties, if there was a house party there or whatever. … You shouldn’t be out at the clubs. I’m going to take you home, and I never want to see you out at these things until you’re old enough.”

“And I’ve never seen him again,” Kim said. “He saved my life. He schooled the s**t out of me.”
While Kim said that she hoped to one day cross paths with the actor to tell him she was the “teenage girl in New York that you took to a cafe,” it has yet to happen.
“Shout out to Wesley Snipes,” Kim concluded. “I hope this message gets to you that you are a lifesaver!”
