Sue Radford, famed for the show 22 Kids and Counting, has been lavished with praise after she shared a snap of her glowing following a pamper day. The 50-year old TV star shared some snaps on Instagram on Thursday revealing she’d had some ‘me-time’ the previous day – and was feeling a million dollars for it.
Her post, along with a picture of her in the car with newly-coiffured hair, as well as others with her grandson Bodhi, read: “Good morning everyone how are we all today, what’s your plans for the day? I had a lovely pamper day yesterday having a nice colour refresh and a trim. It always feels good to have your hair done.”

Opening up then on her plans for the day ahead, she continued, “Today I’ve got little Bodhi so we’ve just done a home bargains trip for grandpops, who is feeling a bit better today. I’m also taking Bodhi swimming after lunch so I’m looking forward to that, anyway enjoy your day whatever you get up to.”
Little Bodhi is the second child of Sue and husband Noel’s daughter Chloe and her partner Jacob, and features frequently on the family’s social media. And Sue is a young grandma. Turning 51 in March, her post was inundated with comments from fans about how well and how youthful she was looking following her pamper day.
One follower wrote, “I love your hair sue”, while another wrote, “Awww look at bodhi looks snuggly I’ve started taking my granddaughter swimming each week love our out special time.”
Others noted her age-defying appearance, one commenting,“You look so young.” Another fan went as far as saying, “Beautiful sue, you look late 30s.”
Sue later shared a sweet snap in the swimming pool changing rooms holding little Bodhi in her arms, as well as another of him fast asleep and all wrapped up in his pram. The doting gran captioned the post, “Bodhi absolutely loved his swimming session. He really enjoyed the foam mirrors and light up balls”.

The Radfords have famously been dubbed as Britain’s biggest family – with a whopping 22 children and 10 grandkids. Stars of the hit Channel 5 documentary series 22 Kids and Counting, Sue and Noel – who were both adopted and first met as children – also operate a successful family bakery, Radford’s Pie Company, which was founded in 1999.
They live in a 10-bedroom former care home in Morecambe, which has its own pool and cinema – and for years now viewers have been fascinated by the ups and downs of their daily lives juggling such a huge brood – as well as their many holidays a year – on their show and social media. And while the headline-grabbing family has hordes of fans, they also have their dissenters.
Last year, they went on a lavish £52k holiday with 21 of their 22 kids to Disney World – but were slapped with a hefty fine following their no-expense-spared Stateside vacation, which was in honour of Sue’s 50th birthday back in April, because they took four of their kids out of school for the trip.
It led to Sue and Noel having to cough up fees of £65 per child, as well as funding legal fees. But before they left, they’d already faced backlash from some after sharing their plans for the costly trip with followers online.
One social media user commented: “They are no longer relatable. They keep splashing the cash and it’s not attractive.” Another said: “I feel sorry for anyone having to share a plane with that lot.”
